Carols at the Crossroads
Join us for some carol singing outside the Half Moon accompanied by members of The City of Hull Brass band.
Another of our regular community family festive events. In association with St Mary’s Church and The City of Hull Brass band this is sure to fill you with the joy of Christmas! Wrap up warm and enjoy a mulled wine or hot chocolate while singing along to your favourite Christmas Carols. NB: We will be serving hot drinks outside and the bar inside will also be open from 5.30pm – 7.30pm
Date: Monday 15th December from 5.30pm, Carols singing from about 6pm
Neil Baker - New Years Eve (evening)
Welcome in 2026 with us at the Half Moon with live music.
We welcome back the fabulous Neil Baker to entertain us and see in the New Year. Why not enjoy great food and then pop on your dancing shoes. It is bookings only in our lounges (where the live music is) with a £10pp deposit required at the time of booking for all bookings.
Food service from 5pm – 8.30pm with live music starting around 8.45pm. Pub closes at 12.30am with last orders at 11.45 to allow the staff to see in the New Year too!

Quiz Night - Wednesdays 8.30pm
The ever popular Charity Quiz night is back! Come and join us and test your knowledge. Whether you’re vying for the Jackpot or just playing for a bit of fun you’re all welcome!
With a maximum of 4 people per team, teams will battle it out across the rounds to win and then the draw is done to see who has the chance to answer the jackpot question.
Where: In the main and side lounges.
When: Wednesday Dec 17th at 8.30pm. This will be the last quiz night this year.
Cost: Entry is just £1 per person with half going to the jackpot accumulator and the other half towards the chosen charity.
